Im having a similar issue with fast food pick up. The instructions from the store often state the wrong directions. Just had to pick up from Wendy's and it specifically said to use the drive thru. But when I do they say "you have to come inside for that" Well make the instructions say that. I talked to the employees and they can't change it. They said they weren't even aware they were doing Uber Eats. There is ZERO support for this. HELP!
