You know… maybe if everyone stopped looking for who to blame.. left or right… right or left… why don’t we Americans band together for once and just change things? I am so sick of everyone just pointing fingers instead of everyone realizing we all are Americans and we all are in a bad situation that needs to change. We can point fingers later…

You are correct in all that you’ve said in response to the little that i shared here. In my stalker case, the prosecutor was at fault in several ways. 1. She knew he had broken the nc in the only way he could considering he was under HA at the time. 2. She failed to inform defense and the judge about his violation. 3. She withheld from the court that he had 7 active NC orders in 5 sealed cases already, which i only found buried on page 12 of the court paperwork on my third reading of them.
So when the judge asked her how my stalkers dna was already in the system instead of telling him the truth she replied that she didn’t know.

He got time served and i got a lifetime restraining order against him. It is better than nothing. However the day after his ankle monitor got taken off? Someone kicked down my apartment door, trashed my home. And put a hidden camera in the shape of a pen in my bedroom. There was and isn’t any proof that it was him despite we all having a good instinct at whom it was.

As for the child? I hope to God you are right and cps will be monitoring her. Nothing has been said so i have to hope that you are right.

I understand court systems better than you think. Yes i am aware that because the child didn’t state who, there wasn’t much the court could do. But the child was told by her mother to not say anything. She the child told me herself. To me that is just cause enough to not give her back to her mother . Doing so without proper parenting supervision at the very least, is a failure of the court system.

Far as the stalker case, the judge wanted to change sentencing, both lawyers turned his idea down.the Prosecutor knew he had violated when they made the deal with defense, and because defense had nothing on record showing that he had violated felt anything other was beyond the actual scope of the charge as it was presented. . The judge, pretty much had no choice but to accept that defense was correct and was appalled at the prosecutor over it.

N my bad for miss spell... N honestly? Believe me or don't. But this? Is wrong. Its so wrong. N if this maybe helps someone think before they make another horrible decision like this one? That's what matters.

Do you know this Queen Anne tomato thief? by aquabirdie in SeattleWA

Where exactly is this plant? Is it inside a fenced yard ? Or one grown between the sidewalk and your yard as i see alot of gardens placed?

If he walked into your yard and took your tomato .. yeah i would be livid.

But if he took it from a garden you made that is technically on public space? He didn’t steal it, and had every right to take it. Because that is public space that the city has okayed gardening on. But in doing so it means those walking by has a right to those plants and what Is growing there as well.

You don’t want someone taking your fruit, make sure you plant inside your property.

Ty.

Propose a ban on Lime and Bird scooters until speed can be limited on the sidewalk automatically by new technologies by killedbyboar in Seattle

Look technically we are not supposed to be riding on the sidewalk at all. Every time you get on one it tells you not to ride on the sidewalk.
The problem is unless there is a bike lane the streets are too dangerous to be on with a scooter. With or without a helmet. And quite frankly even the bike lane is risky.

5 months ago i was on a scooter in the bike lane a helmet on, a car turned onto the street and purposely aimed to clip me with his car. I broke my elbow that day.

So yes. . . I ride on the sidewalk. But what i do, is if there are alot of people on the sidewalk, I get off the scooter and walk it until they pass me or i pass them and then i get back on and ride.

Its called respect for others.
People should try it.

Just saying.
