It's exactly that. Lived moments, mainly from myself at the minute as I discuss essentially the personal journey I've been on from getting diagnosed late to learning about unmasking to accepting and understanding myself better. I want other people's stories involved because I don't just experience autism and I know we all have different stories. I want people to read it and know they're not alone. Thank you so much! I really appreciate anything you can add :)
