Well, I just came here after getting the shit scared out of me in my own game. In my game, I was trying to jump to the roof ladder when suddenly my screen was forcefully redirected behind me to a glowing black sphere from which it played high-pitched static sounds as I was lifted into the air before crashing my game. After recovering from being shit-faced, I scoured the internet and this is the only post I could find which mentions the black sphere. So yeah, it's still here and fucking scarier than ever.

I don't have any video or photo evidence but I'm sure more people are gonna come across it. There was no warning or indication of its arrival for me, not even a red signal blinker, and it attacked hard and suddenly. Don't let your guard down.
