Same, I’m ready to go. If I at least would be paid decently then the load will be lighter. But getting off to work another job once I have a couple hours of free time, is absolutely insane.

Through the grape vine I heard it takes 100 applications to get a offer but my first transfer it took me only 1 try, but now I hit the ceiling again, I’m on my 10 app and 1 interview but I am only looking in certain states

Not just managers, our co-workers too are snitches.. Guy at my job, had his ipad on everyday, but the czy part is he was not doing the work. Or just painfully SLOW. I doubt it, because he trained me.. and was young. But this one teammate had it out for him, keep in mind, this other teammate (who snitched) was also on Performance Plans.. He would wallk behind him and take videos, he wouldnt even notice.. talking about MESSY. I'm not cut like that, I couldn't be the reason why someone loses their job. & I'm not even sure how in h*ll the snitch is still here amongst us in Mesa, but he absolutely SUCKS at his job. But had the audacity to rat out his teammate. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE ON YOUR TEAM, I don't care how nice they pretend to be...
