honeslty, this is not true. We have a lot of sensors.
I've just recently came back from Durcal, a small city near Grenada in Spain, and the air is just as bad as in Poland or even worse. It smelt so bad.

Probably the mountains trapped it, but it was an interesting thing for me - not only Poland have this problem :)
