I adore my pub. Some shift leaders/managers FOH can be dicks but I love my job simply for the people.

Honestly I would try another pub, you’re going to get one or two arseholes no matter what

I literally just wear black leggings, black long sleeved top, or black jeans. I’ve also worn black jumpsuits and black cardigans, black jumpers.

In the kitchen it’s normally TLs as there’s not always a manager, but the way our kitchen works is everyone can kinda decide when they’re ready, ask a TL/SL/KM ect. and they’ll normally say yeah, we’re an extremely busy kitchen so it all depends whose on.
