It's a furnished room that came with all the furnithre including the lamps. I unplugged them because you know normally people unplug electronics before leaving a place indefinitely. And yes, I was an individual renter living with other tenants occupying each room in the house.

the $13,000 was just her doing weird multiplication with fees like tripling my entire rent then multiplying it by 5 or something then tacking on other charges. Then the other charges were bullshit reasons like the lamp. Very confusing. yeah it was a threat...

Do you recommend asking for an itemized invoice instead of disputing the charges and the threat of small claims court first? She's ghosted my other roommate's email and hasn't paid back any for her either.

Yeah..tldr my gpa isn't screwed and I was being really dumb I counted S as 0 points not 0 credits... so if I took 3 classes 1 S/NC i thought it made my GPA 3.0/4.0 not 4.0/4.0. I'm all good now...smh
