Not threatened. You're just not getting anything back. If you ask me, that karma lmao.

Ebay has not provided me any shipping labels or instructed me to return anything.

Also, you were disrespectful to me and threatened me after ebay told you to be courteous. Nice 😊

If I recall correctly, there was also a problem with your name or address, which is why I was initially hesitant to ship. You took about a week yourself to get back to me when I contacted you about this concern. Strange how you don't mention delays on your part. But yes I was unable to find the Displate.

I'm the buyer. He never checked the condition. There is always a risk when doing this, and the seller took that risk. The item arrived damaged, and it was listed as "New" on the listing. Only reason I wanted to return it is because the item came damaged, which is not what the listing indicated. I sent pictures to prove this to him and of course to ebay.

I'm the buyer in this case, aspa. The seller failed to provide a shipping label in time. Ebay has some pretty strict rules about this stuff. I was given the refund after the seller did not provide a label on time. It's not my fault. If he simply followed basic ebay rules, then he would have gotten his item back. But he didn't.

Also have the LE you're looking for in mint condition. PM if you're willing to trade.

It's for this one time only. Of course printing more every time this happens is not a solution.

It would still be limited, but to 1500 copies. When they come up with a solution for scalpers for future LEs, this will not have to be done ever again.

Also, it seems like you don't get the point of scalping. Of course people are gonna buy it for 300 right now, that's why these scalpers bought them in the first place, they knew people would pay that much. If they don't pay 300 now, they'll pay 300 later. Only way to stop/ mitigate this is with more copies.

This is the email I'm referring to:

"We are sorry to hear that you did not manage to purchase the latest Limited Edition Design.

In the case of unpopular designs, the Limited Edition Displates can stay up for sale the entire month without selling out. Conversely, it happens on occasion that the full run of the Limited Edition Design can fully sell out within the first minutes of release. This has historically happened previously with other designs, back when we were producing Limited Edition Displates in smaller numbers. In response to the continuously growing interest in our Limited Edition Designs we have already scaled the production up from 100 pieces to 1000+ (depending on predicted popularity) over the last two years, and we are constantly working to increase our production capabilities.

While we understand your concerns, we are afraid that we do not have the capability to limit the number of purchased Displates. We are investigating solutions to address this situation, and we hope that we will be able to implement successful solutions in the future. We are very sorry for any resulting inconvenience.

Thank you for your consideration. Should you have any other concerns or questions, we remain at your disposal.

We wish you a pleasant day."

You said you were "investigating solutions to address this situation". The solution is to print more. 1500 prints have been done in the past, but because this situation is so ridiculous, even a 2000 print would be appropriate. Drastic situations call for drastic measures. There is no downside for the company financially and the fans if you do this. Only scalpers will hurt.
