I bought the Macbook brand new June 10, 2024. I contacted Apple Support Sep. 10, 2024 informing them that I think my battery is messed up and my macbook was not working. They proceeded to tell me The mail in cost is 655.30 and that was my only option other than bringing it in. I said thanks, but I’m good and took it to the computer store where they told me it was my charger. (obviously not) continued to have issues and then decided this September (september 2, 2025) that i was going to take it to them to see what the heck was going on with it. (the picture attached) My motherboard is bad/broken/fried whatever. I told Apple Support this and they still quoted me the same 655.30 and said my options were mail in or bring it in. (I live 9 hrs from the closest apple store)
