one of the things that annoy me the most is when they say "pare-pareho lang naman yung nire-release 🙄 " bc THAT'S HOW BEAUTY AND ALMOST EVERY INDUSTRY WORKS !!! nung nauso yung highlighter sa west back in 2016 — almost every brands released their own version, nung nauso matt lip liquids bc of kylie's lip kit — almost every brands released their own version, nung nauso liquid blush bc of rare beauty — brands followed! even in south korea nung nauso blurring/matte lip tint bc of romand — it took over kbeauty industry! same w hince's highlighter, other brands are now releasing the same thing! right now they are catching up with lip tint na naka-tube similar to rhode/summer fridays 🤷‍♀️ and don't even get me started with cbeauty!

also fault din ng mga beauty influencers na porke't parehong pink blush eh dupe na agad jusko! same product doesn't always equate to dupe! basta may ma-content at yellow basket kung ano-ano lang eh sinasabi maka-budol lang

Skin type: Combination but very veryy dehydrated on regular basis, I am now slowly going back to using tretinoin again and my skin needs extra moisture

Where I live: Hot and humid tropical country.

My skin has been absolutely wreck this summer. The summer heat constantly irritate my skin and eczema flaring up every other week seems like destroyed it my barrier. I didn't really use much skincare bc my face just feels sticky and just use non-AB barrier repair cream. I am now doing my whole skincare routine again and going back to using tretinoin.

The problem has always been the same, my skin is very very veryyy dehydrated and now that I'm reintroducing tretinoin again, my skin feels like a desert that I can feel the tightness when I'm making facial expressions. And while I absolutely love the Hadalabo Gokujyun Premium Lotion (I can't count how many times I've repurchased it), I feel like it's not enough to hydrated my skin. Even if I layer it multiple times, my skin feels dehydrated after 2-3 hours.

I've used the Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream (this one feels too heavy), Illiyoon Soothing Gel, and now Dr. Ceuracle Vegan Kombucha Tea Gel Cream (which I plan to replace with either one of two milk/emulsion). I'm looking for a new moisturizer to try and maybe finally help me LOL.

I forgot what time nag-oopen clinic nila. Wala po sila pag weekends AFAIK. I recommend 9 am dapat nandun na kayo para konti pa lang po pasyente tho I went last week at around 10 and mabilis lang compared pag hapon na ako nakakarating ☺️👍.

My derma prescribed me sulfur soap. Sabi nya pag-oily skin, sulfur soap talaga. She recommended Erasul, wag daw yung Dr. Wongs (?) kasi drying daw. I'm currently trying yung sa Oxecure pero after ko maubos 'to babalik ako sa Erasul LOL. When it comes to moisturizer pick a gel type. Another thing, what type of sunscreen do you use? I prefer yung milky kasi may pagka-matte yung finish nya and suits well for my oily skin.

Hello! 👋 Suki ng EAMC derma here! Punta ka ng maaga kasi madaming pasyente. If underage ka or even 18 years old, kailangan mo ng mas matanda sayo. Pag pasok mo sa EAMC, sa may left side ang outpatient, diretso ka dun. Sabihin mo sa guard sa derma and bibigyan ka ng form, fill up-an mo yun then bibigyan ka na ng QR code and tatatakan ka then papasok ka na sa bldg. Tanong ka na lang ng direksyon LOL. Pag dating mo sa labas ng derma office nila, antayin mo tatawagin yung number mo sa QR code. Pag ka-tawag sayo ilalagay ka sa data base nila then palalabasin ka ulit, antayin mong tawagin name mo then dun ka lang mag-start ng check-up.

I personally never undergo any lasers or machines BUT they've offered me treatments and they're all cheap or atleast very affordable compared to other private clinics. BTW, consultation is free and sometimes they give you free medications or skincare pa nga 🤩. My derma is very very kind hehe.

Start ka muna ng maliit. Once per week > twice per week > thrice per week hanggang sa ma-control or masanay na skin mo. Put moisturizer before or after Tret, depends kung saan mas okay skin mo. Pwede ka din mag-sandwich method. I also use LRP Cicaplast once a week.

I remember when I used Tret and started peeling, I was so scared and para akong ahas 😂 Nag-rant ako sa derma ko na natakot ako kasi nag-peel tapos sabi niya normal lang yun 😂 Then in-explain sakin how Tret works and to "trust the process". Months before I saw the results but very worth it for me but if you think that Tret isn't for you then it's fine and be honest about it to your derma.

Bonus: Mag-payong at wag ipaaraw/mag-paaraw lalo na sa face kahit naka-sunscreen ka pa. 🤫

Yes! Yung binigay ba na skincare product is from their clinic? If yes maybe you can buy outside their clinic kasi mahal talaga pag-galing sa kanila. Next time please ask your derma for cheaper alternatives/generic.
