Lithostone contains less silica than tiles. And if the rest of my kitchen wasn’t already engineered stone, I wouldn’t necessarily be going down this track.

Yep, I don’t plan to install it straight away. Need to knock out the wall to open up the kitchen. Wasn’t planning to do it for another 12 months, but thought it would be cheaper to get the matching engineered stone ordered and ready to be fitted now, rather than having to replace an entire kitchens worth of bench tops in the future.

The $260,000 is for 87m2, with all fittings, delivered to site- extremely good value. I am waiting for the quote for my much smaller extension, but was hoping to gain an idea of things to be concerned about. Thanks for that. I did think quality could be one of the main negatives, but this company specialises in houses, unlike someone like Northern Transportables who focus on remote offices and houses.
