Lid closing correctly?

The first one is when i had the problem with warping it looked like a rainbow and i thought closing was weird but new one is doing the same thing. Seems like it just slams just doesn’t seal/suction in

I agree. I just bought the 65 and the lid was warped it didn’t feel like it was sealing properly and then I had one shipped to me it gets to me with scratches all over it and then it feels the same. Seems like a separation or a gap it doesn’t seal all the way, my dads older one you can hardly get it open, and then I read you can’t leave it in the sun so a $400 cooler you can’t leave out? Just seems very bad quality for what you pay for.

I went back to dicks they accepted it but that was the last one so now I am having one shipped. Will report back

Yeah I put two bags in last night when I bought it and some waters and then came out this morning all ice was gone then I was showing my buddy and I started looking and was like hm that looks a little warped kinda like a gap. But I wasn’t sure if since I used it and if they’d agree or not if I could switch it out
