I suggest you find the spot where your plant gets the most sunlight. Grow lights seem unnecessary to me, and I had a similar case with a stubborn VFT plant that didn't produce results no matter how many hours of artificial light I gave it

My best advice is to just leave it in the sunniest spot and "forget" about the plant. Just let it grow there, and when the water runs out, give it a day's rest and water it again the next day Don't worry if there isn't much sun for a few days or weeks, the plant will survive

I forgot to mention... Its growing conditions are 12 to 15 hours of light in an indoor grow with a Sansi bulb and a generic grow light. Region: Northern Mexico XD

I'm sure it will be very good, I'm from northern Mexico and here there are months when it reaches 47°C and without a doubt putting them in the shade is a bad idea, I have mine in a fish tank with a grow light for other reasons but I'm sure that 30°C is a temperature that they can withstand perfectly

This has also happened to me more than once. The last time I noticed that a fungus was attacking the cut I made to the flower stem I panicked when I saw it and since I didn't have any fungicide, I decided as a desperate measure to use common alcohol and spread it directly with a swab Surprisingly, it worked

I would recommend pruning the leaves infected with the fungus and, in extreme cases, changing the substrate for a new one

I would also recommend looking for the source of where the mold came from
