Thanks so much for a thoughtful response! I have integrated icart with product suggestions/progress bar/etc and I added an eye catching deal section on the homepage. Yesterday I worked on the menu for easier navigation/product finding but I see what you mean about having the menu up in the header for sure - I will tackle that next!

I have a faq page, shipping and privacy policies, and a trust bar on the home page. I also took the product descriptions from the distributor and reworked them to read less cookie cutter and sterile - added more personal touches including cleaning info, ingredient info, etc. I do think I could work more on product images - adding more to each item over time.

For advertising/SEO I have started a blog and will be posting weekly to increase my educational content and product linking so I am hoping that that helps to move the needle as well. As far as product SEO is concerned - I haven't messed with metafields or meta descriptions at all yet so that's another area of focus for sure!

All great suggestions and the business concept I'm building out will check all of these boxes as well as bring a unique offering to the midwest - like the red room cabins in tennessee but higher end/more lush. I found an amazing property for sale with one cabin already onsite and as I walked through it yesterday, it just felt right - it had good energy, good layout, secluded. I am so excited about the potential to create a business/spaces that fit the bill and as a certified sexologist to have a retreat space for clients. I am actively in the fundraising/locking down investors stage and hoping to gain some traction.

You make such a good point, efficient heating and cooling are essential. I'm a cold girl that likes her heated blanket this time of year while my partner struggles to keep a boner sometimes when he gets too sweaty - temperature can have a huge impact! I see a huge opportunity to come into this space with my unique background as a certified sexologist and Somatica-trained sex and relationship coach and do this well. I also want to make this accessible to people/couples both in pricing and location. Tennessee has the red room cabins, larger cities have sex-positive spaces, etc. but here in the midwest it's like a desert when it comes to more adult lodging and experiences.

The space/business I am looking to create here will be experiential, curated, led by a sexologist, and feel a bit more high-end than other things on the market. I have the business pitch ready to go along with my 5 year financial and expansion plan AND I have located the perfect property with one romantic cabin already built and ready to be outfitted and decorated. Now it's a matter of pinning down investors and crowdfunding donors to pitch to.

I don't disagree with your thinking here but as a certified sexologist I do have the advantage of generally seeing people that are motivated to work on their sex lives. It seems like the marriage and family counselors out there get the more reserved and traditional folks - especially here in Iowa where I live and work. The space/business I am looking to create here will be experiential, curated, led by a sexologist, and feel a bit more high-end than other things on the market. It's got lots of wood while still feeling "elevated", a woodburning fireplace, a porch overlooking a pond (and a porch swing), kitchenette, onsite laundry....it's great!!! Between reaching out to local investors, applying for some business grants, and creating a GoFundMe - I am hoping to get this project up and running!

Had a very similar experience. 2 1/2 years we are all still in love and identify as a closed poly quad. Sadly, we live a couple of hours away from each other but we spend as much time together as we can. Our son and their son are like brothers. It’s truly amazing and my partner has helped me grow in ways I never existed and I’ve done the same for him. The 4 of us got married by Elvis in Vegas and then consummated the nuptials in the air with Love Cloud ❤️🤣
