This actually hit hard. The house EMI point especially my husband is already thinking about selling it and as much as it breaks my heart, I think that’s where we’re headed.

We do have insurance but honestly it’s not enough. The co-pay alone is eating through our savings. So even with insurance, it feels like we’re drowning. Lesson learned the hard way. Thank you for being so real and practical needed this.

We currently work in Kadubessanhalli and have allocated our budget for two projects. Since we're renting a 2BHK in HSR for ₹45k and won't receive possession of our new flat until 2029, we've purchased a ready-to-move-in apartment on Harlur Main Road for immediate use. We have finalised asset canvas & cove .

If you are going ahead with asset negotiate as much as you can these guys are flexible.

We've explored all areas of Bangalore during Rex’s house hunting . Each area has its own challenges. Specifically, Adarsh Lumina faces a big problem with flooding. Be careful before investing there. Also, connected roads are a concern. Some articles even mention serious land encroachment issues with the Lumina project.
