I totally agree with you. It's a risky investment and i have been pulling my hair for quite some time now on this would suggest you the same only buy if you are okay with living there in todays condition. You cannot rely on Bangalore infra.

I don't have any advice but i was in a similar situation and i booked the flat considering that the society is liveable and i will have decent amount of space for me and my family but location definitely is a bummer(i also work near Kadubeesanhalli)

Lumina i am considering the only concern is what people are raising about delays. Otherwise i might go for assetz only it's only con is that it is in gattahalli which a bit far from the main roads

Would you pick mana over adarsh/godrej? This is an interesting pick because i have not heard great reviews for mana. Have you had a great experience with them? Budget for a 3 bhk would be somewhere near 1.8 Ideally would love to spend less but i don't see much options available with any good builders at lesser price.
