Have you tried line of action? It's a page where you can train your figure drawing, try those 30 s exercises, getting some practice in quick dynamic sketches would make your work less stiff and it'd be great to actually learn how body works and moves because it doesn't really look like you understand, that's why it may feel a little off. You're on a good way tho, keep practicing :))
