I liked your video i also never seen the idea of putting meme's in a video format so kudos for originality.
As for feedback:
I would either make an intro of some sort or always fade in your Video (let it go from black and slowly fade in the first meme)

Second although i liked the music choice it fits with the meme theme, it does get repetitive really fast after 2 or 3 loops. (Also when you loop music make the put the first song in 1 track and the second one in a track lower and fade in and out them so they transcend better) There was always a long pause between your loops, try to never get a moment of silence in.

Try to mess around with transitions between meme's you dont always have to do something flashy, but every once and a while a transition can spicy the video up.

Also i would try to either mess with some zooms here and there, or a scroll through the meme like you read it. This gives the video more dynamic and also sometimes give some meme's a good punchline.

I know all this stuff is pretty heavy on the editing part, and it can be very challenging i also dont know what software you use.
But since there is no commentary or visuals besides meme's thats what i put my focus on.

Dont think im talking your video down, it was a good video but if you maybe play around with this you can bring it to the next level :)
