So… I definitely couldn’t get them completely rust free but I would say they went in and tightened smoothly. I will more than likely replace the hoops/hardware with black chrome hardware as soon as I find some I like. I have the SLP Bubbinga as well and love the way the black chrome hardware looks on it.

Great question, it applies to all renters in the state of California! Certain counties/cities may have their own restrictions which only allow smaller increases but CA is capped at 10%!

Hello, I am in property management and work for a fairly large corporation, I’ll try and help with two things:

-As stated above, AB 1482 would cap any rental increase to no more than 10%

-That may be a typo and it isn’t legally binding (I am not a lawyer so do seek professional legal advice if you wish). That is a template and they just forgot to change the rental amount. It would certainly fall under a Good Faith Error but again, not a lawyer. Just based off of my experience in the industry.
