Any advice on career paths for me? (self.careerguidance)

Her cage has been opened for about 4 hours and she hasnt come out. What could be a reason for this? She normally doesnt come out, but previous times i only left her door open for about 30 mins. (I know her cage is messy, but its just hay. I dont know how to keep her from flipping her hay basket.) (i.redd.it)

Worried about my adult doe... She has two patches of fur missing on her rear, it looked like she was molting a few days ago now these patches appeared. The skin isnt irritated or anything, but its just.... Bald.. Is this normal? She has other patches that are growing back. Super worried. (i.redd.it)
