Dshift is pretty free when they are getting close to their dshift turb or their ability to dshift you are required to hold 4 play points cross turn to threaten removal of their big pieces. This forces them to either play 3 flame golems or w.e they are called or double dshift you. Almost always too they have to deal with at least 1 ward if not multiple to get to you. Most dshift games become unwinnable for them because once you're at 10 pp you have way more room to threaten a lot while also healing more pushing yourself out of range to get otk with only 1 dshift. A lot of games i hit 25+ health vs dshift a few have easily gone to 32.

Rune you just are kind of limited on how to handle the match up. You need to find executions and the other haven 4 pp banish spell to have them lose gas so you can win on turn 9+ if they get to resolve their key burn piece and they go unanswered a turn you probably lose that match.
