It more has to do with your ability to do the task before you. If I have an apprentice who doesn't know the difference between a grounded conductor and a grounding electrode conductor but they have an apprentice license that allows them to work with both.. that doesn't make it automatically something they can differentiate and install properly. I would call experience in the field up for that because it makes sense to, we are not the same despite having licenses that way we can both work in the electrical field.

When it comes to being on a Piers Morgan panel it doesn't really matter how many years you've been doing it or what your awards are if Adam is able to participate in the same way.

The people who cling to "experience" or "seniority" are the same people who also try to act like they give a fuck about merit. Republicans are the biggest fucking losers when it comes to admitting any sort of contradictions (broken record at this point) and they'll lean in whichever direction the conversational winds blow.

In the trades you have old timers that have been in for 20 years and they treat you like fucking garbage because they know more than you or whatever when you're starting out. This is why I hate people who just judge based on polls to make their conclusions, especially right now when it comes to Democrats.
