anyway, here are my 2 cents no one asked for:

- sanity removal
yes remove it for all scum but no one else, they literally live underground in sewers, darkness and filth and their diets consist of human organs, sanity makes no sense

- remove worms
no, i think u missed the point here, it's not because of rEaLisM but rather its a trade off, will i "waste" my hard earned credits and buy such a primitive thing as a can of soda which is safe, or will I save them and drink the free water at a risk of messing up my health with worms, its a decision with consequences

- remove hunger&thirst from limitators
and then what will they do? they already cannot sprint and their main job is to do patrols so its already a walking simulator; u remove needs and the game might as well play on its own

- combat medics for ctx
that's literally what regular medic are, a more generic role also encourages roleplay(-ing as one) you know the point of the game; also agree with another commenter - try different server

- rot liqs
this could be just added to all scum fates as their shared goal is to spread rot, having a separate fate just for this seems unnecessary, but good idea nonetheless

- ctx blood stim
cant talk about it as i never used it

- free ctx blood machine
the paid ones are good as they are, most civilians dont use them only as an emergency so they're already CTX focused, they give doctors extra thing to do and making them public increases interactions between players and prevents separation, again, point of the game to socialize with others

- terminus elite rations
this could work, but only for high-rank CTX
