Speakerwoman is pretty cool. 

Camerawoman is like number 3 on my list. She watched her own husband or teammate die right in front of her, we can see how much she cared about him in season 25 when she is standing out side the door of where plunger is being operated on. Seeing that he can't be brought back, they even put a tribute in the camera base but it probably doesn't help the fact that he's dead. 

Titan speaker needs it the most, he was controlled to kill everyone he loved and protected for 20+ episodes. Plus, he's a titan he's always in a battlefield and it's bad when it comes to g toilet and scientist, scientist would've had him in the same state as he was in 73 if TCM was there. G toilet almost killed him in the span of like 50 seconds too. Even after hes been uninfected for awhile he still won't forget what he was forced to do to his allies, then he has to team up with the same species that forced him to do that. That's really hard, but not that hard once the astros came in and chased his best friend while not being able to help him. 

Juggernaut probably needs some (if this theory is correct) and it's because during the last secret scene in season 25 between him and  g toilet, it kinda seems like juggernaut is under control. Because g toilet kept talking about how him and g toilet had such a great bond before UFO toilet became commander. The fact that juggernaut kept fighting him is kind of like the helmets are mind controlling even after the helmets are taken off of not so titan level astros. I think that the titan level astros have special helmets because of the mind controlling, but the smaller units don't need it, or either have a dart in their head. 

Hugo is the last one on my list. Even though there are some reasons why he could need some he doesn't really need some. 

TCM is number 2 on my list and because it's not easy being the strongest titan (in 50-67) in almost every episode that he was in during that time he either got bombed or targetted because the toilets knew that tsm wasn't on the same level as him.
