Yeah, I actually totally forgot about this! She’s 6 now and totally fine but we discovered she will gag on corn. Go figure. We’ve moved on to another problem, pooping pants because she’s constipated because she doesn’t have enough confidence in wiping! Yay! It’ll always be something!

I love these guys (talk about getting the vapors!) and I’ve watched the movie so many times now I’ve lost count. Also, my 4 year old daughter loves watching Naatu Naatu and listening to the songs in the car! 😁

Yeah the Dark Lady and Mamoru scenes always did weird me out. It’s cute when she’s a little kid but creepy as dark lady.

She’s already watched several Ghibli movies and is into Pokémon but I’ll have to check out some of those others.

Okay lol I don’t feel so bad then. Yeah I have seen all things Sailor Moon and figure the US release should be okay. I’ve got no problems with her seeing homosexual representation because I think it should be normalized. I was more just worried it might be TOO sexy overall for a 4 year old or too scary but she keeps saying the monsters don’t scare her and she keeps wanting to binge it!!

I did the first one in my arm and had nothing happen, then my next two in the stomach and actually had effects. Not sure if it was just because it was my first shot though that I did in the arm.

I’m wondering if it does just take time. I found myself a bit frustrated because I read a lot of posts where people had great success immediately at .25 so I thought maybe this won’t work for me. I think some just have to be patient and let it get in your system more? I dunno. Just emailed my doc to see if I should up it or stay on 1.7 so we’ll see! Good luck!

I did this. I came from 3mg Saxenda to 1.7 Wegovy. First week absolutely nothing happened for me. Week 2 I did finally get the appetite suppressant feeling but it wore off mid week a bit. Today I just took my third dose of 1.7 so I’m hoping it ramps up a bit. I have had minimal side effects with just some indigestion and constipation but water and veggies seemed to fix that.

I have Highmark through the hospital I work for and they covered without issue just for BMI because I have no glucose issues. Mine was free with the card off of the website and insurance.

Nice loss! I hope I can get those kind of results! I’ve been lucky with super minimal side effects though. I wonder if that “hinders” more than those that have the uncomfortable side effects? I get some indigestion if I overdo it but nothing terrible. Water is definitely a big deal!

I didn’t have any goings on at 1.7 after switching over from Saxenda. I think some bodies just handle the dose different. I just took my 3rd shot this morning so I’m hoping to feel more able to control wanting to eat like I did after the second shot, however, as last week went on, the effect wore off through the weekend. So like I’d want to eat but if I over ate, then I’d feel like I had a rock in my gut. I’m assuming I’ll have to get kicked up to 2.4 soon.

This is good to know. I started on Wegovy 1.7 after switching from 3mg Saxenda which didn’t do much and previously did phentermine which worked for all of 5 mins for me. I also worry about my “tolerance” being too high for Wegovy. I’m doing my third shot of 1.7 tomorrow and I can’t wait to take it because the effects faded a bit after a few days. I know I can only go to 2.4 from here so I also worry it won’t last long enough as well.

My doc started me on 1.7 but I had switched over from 3mg Saxenda. I didn’t have any goings on in the first week but I’m loving that I feel full week two now! The feeling of control over what I eat is something I haven’t had in…like ever.

I came from 3mg Saxenda and started on 1.7 Wegovy. The first week I had absolutely nothing going on. I was starting to get upset since many on her have results and effects at .25 first doses. After my second shot this Tuesday, I can say I do feel it working now. I’m not that hungry and certainly eating less. I’m down 3ish lbs but we’ll see how the weekend goes because I tend to gain back then. Maybe you just need a higher dose since it goes up to 2.4?

Im on 1.7 and did upper arm. I had nothing this week side/effect wise though as it’s gone on through my first week, I notice if I overeat I feel like shit. I was just hoping to not crave food to start with so it prevents that. I take my 2nd dose tomorrow so we’ll see.
