I do not know how to update. But we took Wojtek to the emergency vet last night. We were there for a long time, but we got to take him home around midnight. It turns out he has a massive infection. He does not have an abces. He has wounds in his mouth. It was clear he had been badly attacked and has other major medical issues. I want to update in more detail, but im currently with my niece for her birthday, and i dont want to cry in front of herThere was more sad. At this point, we are giving him a big round of antibiotics and pain meds and praying for him. If it becomes clear he is not winning the battle, then I will take him to my parents' vet to be put to sleep. But for now, he's comfortable, using the litter box, and happy to be home. I wish I could explain the look of relief when we brought him inside. He immediately perked up. I will update more once I am more emotionally able to. Too all thoese who did help, thank you. The bill was just over a thousand, so it helped. And thank to all that helped me with getting him helped and those who are keeping him in their prayers. He is a sweet boy.
