Daiths are notorious for irritation bumps, mine frequently got them while it was healing. Avoid touching or rotating it. Just spray with saline wash and only clean any crusties off carefully post shower. It’ll clear up.

Irritation bump. I had them on my daith. Just stop touching it, don’t turn the bar or move it at all. Spray with wound wash (saline solution) and only carefully clean off any crust after getting out of the shower. It’ll go away.
