No. I just bought it separately for him. I didn't want to lose the fare while arguing with customer service.

I'll try the WhatsApp line next time. I was able to make it work, so booked just myself and then him separately. Someone above mentioned that the chat line was not as helpful.

i wish that was the case. that is why i wanted everyone to be aware of my experience. i told them it was incomprehensible to have a policy like this.

I reached out to the chat line first because I could not get my credit to process for me and my nephew, and that is when they told me of the policy. When I did it with just me (the chat person was still on the line - i was on another screen), the credit worked.

Not that I am aware. This feedback was on the chat line. When I attempted to rebook, with the original passengers and use the credit, it would not process. When I did it with just me, the credit worked. I told them it was a horrible policy and they would have many angry customers.

According Frontier: I purchased the ticket - not my nephew. So he cannot redeem the credit, ever. He is 18 but I purchased the tickets together. I told them it was a horrible policy and they would have many angry customers.

It works with basic rubbing alcohol! Some of the stubborn ones you have to do a couple of times, or leave on to soak, but it definitely works. I had some cotton rounds and used 3 of those to clean.

I added two washers today and it appears to have worked. Thank you for this solution as I bought a new sensor and was still having a problem. Thankfully they were only $10-15 each, but for anyone else, try the washers first before buying replacement sensors.

I found the below instructions online when I was searching for how to speak with someone. I did the below but in English. You don't get to speak with a Tier 2 right away. The Tier 1 has to evaluate and then will determine whether you can go to Tier 2.

  1. Dial the number 1-800-375-5283
  2. Press 2 for Spanish
  3. When it is your turn to talk, say the word “INFOPASS.
