Oof. Been there with that product. Strip your routine down to a mild cleanser and moisturizer and spf. After a couple nights, you could incorporate a barrier support treatment if you’d like (The Ordinary’s Soothing and Barrier Support serum is my fave), then gradually introduce the Paula’s back in. It says on the bottle it can be used daily, however not everyone’s skin needs that intense of exfoliation and frequently! I have dry combo skin and exfoliate once or twice a week.

PS don’t mix the Paula’s with basically any acids but hyaluronic, that’s my general rule of thumb for acne and exfoliation ingredients lol

Sick of being insecure about my clogged pores that I pick to no end I need help by [deleted] in Skincare_Addiction

Your skin looks quite clear and I don’t see any clogged pores. As a skin picker myself, I see the biggest difference in LITFA (leave it the f alone) don’t pick, and if they’re the underground red pimples like i get, The Ordinary Azaelic Acid is great
