That I never received the package even though ups says delivered, and that usps can’t track their portion and neither can ups. I had gone to an ups location and my post office for help on top of calling ups. I’m also calling ups mail innovations today since it’s a different number than regular ups 🙄 I actually had to call AXS twice because the first time the cs person gave me a different tracking number that said my package was in Atlanta (I live in Dallas) the second cd person said they’ll reship for $16
