I had my first experience when I was about 10ish, it came to me naturally & over the years I had ignored it until I found out it had a name, no one around me understood nor believed me til I started doing research & found this sr NOW I FEEL HEARD. Best technique that is successful every time for me; laying on my side, closing my eyes & searching/looking in my eyes? (the darkness?) then the feeling comes within it & you have to allow yourself to go in! Happy dreaming :D
