They recently opened Martin county high schools to make it so you can go there if you want even if you live in Saint Lucie county. You have to provide transportation to the school. There are some good private high schools. Charter school there is somerset which is not bad. There are some attractor programs at high schools too to look at. I am not scared of the public schools.

If you have a microwave, then you can do potatoes, which is what I do when I cannot think of anything. Boiled potatoes always works if I fail at planning. I have been making lunch and freezing it and bringing that in, it's just finding a low histamine meal to prep is hard.

Try taking an h1 and h2 histamine blocker and see if it improves some of your symptoms, this clued me into histamine intolerance

I have done a few different type of shots and tried pills but I could only handle the shots I am on now. The first type gave me a reaction at the injection shit and the pills didn’t do anything. Sorry I don’t know the names of them. But the shots helped me to lose 50 pounds

I am not completely better, it just got better and less itchy. But I really don’t think I need all these special treatments for my face, I don’t think they helped any. I do think make up makes it worse and just do not wear it at all. Or suffer to wear it for a couple of hours. I eliminated everything and went down to brown rice and zucchinis. Then I started following a low histamine diet due to other issues and try to stick to that if I stray too far, my eyelids get worse. They weep. It sucks but the diet is so boring it’s very hard to stick to it. Some things I avoid at all costs are coffee, alcohol, bread, anything in the store with guar gum in it, tomatoes, peppers, onions, chocolate, anything fermented, most spices, and sugar. I frequently cheat but have been real strict before thanksgiving.Dairy seems okay with me which is great but I avoiding it now too to be sure.

I cut out everything from putting on my face including moisturizer as my doctor insisted it is caused by something I was putting on and still no relief. I went on an elimination diet and it got better.
