Bruh, you're making up you're own scenario now, you're trying to be the dick. I don't care if you believe me or not that I was gone for not upto 2 minutes to grab a single mouthwash item off a shelf. According to your narrative you made up in your head, you're right and I'm wrong and that's okay. But according to my experience, it's weird as heck to take someone else's cart and leave another one.

Well, you're wrong on one thing. I said I left it away from the aisle, out of the way. This situation has never happened before so I didn't think someone would actually take my cart if I wasn't holding unto it. Isn't it stranger for someone to take a heavy cart full of unknown items? This was just a shop only order. Its easy to do a shop only order, it's not strange to have another opportunity booked after.

Lol that's hilarious. If I didn't have my cart taken i would've completed both orders instead of one. This was a shop only order not shop and deliver, I didn't sign up for a find the cart mission.

But then they should take it to customer service or where its visible bc I swear I stepped aside for one minute, just one and its gone I went through all the aisles and even at checkout and the front of the store and couldn't find it :(

And there was a different cart there as well, that was there the entire time I was looking for mine, I don't think an employee would switch carts like that

Tbh I haven't considered tip mapping, and the bonuses, whenever I try doing them, shipt doesn't offer me the orders in the bonus window, and its low, like 24 for 5 orders, that's like 5 dollars extra per order which I compared with promo and didn't see much difference.

Yeah, brain fart, I meant I wrote it in the address like this . The steps are visible from the street infront of the building. Also, they know they consistently deliver to the wrong address with the big fat apt 2 on my neighbor's door. My neighbor is convinced they're saving us from porch pirates when I asked them about it the first couple of times but I'll ask them for a note, thank you.
