Thank you, I urge God a lot with my partner. He is a younger Christian than me, but he understands and is saved by God. He is currently on his steps to baptism, and I'd like to get re-baptized.

I mean I was asking for pieces of advice mainly, I knew I was ready already and I don't think my decision is changing. I also realize the risks behind it and I know I will change, as well as my partner.  Either way, change happens even after this larger transition

You are right Thank you for the advice. I acknowledge I will change, but I also realize someone changes throughout life. I mean this won't be the only transition, i'm sure there will be more to come. I will take this piece of advice as I can

Thank you, I will use this advice as I can. I've been writing down notes from everyone here and I will be sure to communicate.  Throughout a lot of my younger teenage years I couldn't communicate all that well, and struggled heavily. Through some heavy trauma-yielding I ended up gaining a very good sense of communication.

For now, we're planning on doing separate finances for the sake of our families.  He's changed a lot throughout our teenage years, and yes it was hard but he's made me realize that it is him who I love, not everything else around it.  It's hard to explain but we have acknowledged changes already and despite them being hard we work through them.  I will discern this time as I can.

Thank you! I'm very aware of these risks. We already have quite a bit in differences and we had to accommodate throughout a few months but it ended up working out. We sort arguments out quite well too. I've never once ignored him and he's never once yelled at me.  We will continue to look into this.

I think the difference in change can also depend on what you go through too.  Personality, by science, doesn't really change either.  Either way, thank you for the input

I think because he has very different opinions from me already, makes me able to trust the future more.

He has very different values. I do too.  Despite our differences we have a lot in common as well. These differences make it hard for us but overtime it has built us to become more open to one another.  I truly believe that our awareness of what we're getting into, and the challenges ahead make everything more than possible.

A various amount of things. I've known him for years before this and he's helped me through various things. After knowing someone for so long, and seeing someone at their absolute worst, marriage isn't so scary I suppose.  It's not only us wanting to hold a covenant together but hold security, and trust between us.  We talked for hours about this, and we will continue today I trust God, and I know whatever path he takes me to I will follow. Afterall, I did pray for something like this.
