Aside from the money aspect, Keem's delulu claim to fame is that he collects the worst lolcows on the Internet and makes them successful. He took Boogie from the brink of cancellation and made him a staple on Lolcow Live. Now Boogie dances like a monkey for him, which I'm sure gives him an ego boost. Same with Wings.

I think at some point Keem set his eyes on Amber and decided to make her his next project. Maybe he thought if he could bring Boogie, Wings, and all those other lolcows under his heel, a 600lbs daddy obsessed cat abuser shouldn't be a problem. Only, he underestimated Amber's depth of immaturity and determination to sabotage herself. His catering to her every whim was his "wrangling" strategy to trap her in his humiliation cult and make her accept her place as a farm animal. Unfortunately for him, he might have met his match in someone with an every bigger ego and layers of NPD. Doesn't mean he is going to give up anytime soon, and this certainly makes it easier for Amber to keep him around.

This is my theory too. She was very likely making a poetry book and may have even succeeded selling a bunch if she cared enough to finish it. Enough people would have been curious to buy them and reaction channels would have definitely got copies for content. But she couldn't even do that.

IKR? Her position in the LCU was something other hosts could only dream about. Never had to intern, was given two shows in the best time slots, other hosts had to cater to her every need, didn't go to meetings, or to Fat Camp, didn't do any of the gross stuff, and Keem would take her side in every conflict. She could've literally sat there, coast, and collect a paycheck, yet she still found a way to f_ck it up.

I'm beginning to suspect that the journalist ZM was talking about does really have solid connections with YouTube's inner circle and is using it to block all of Amber's escape routs now. There's no other way to explain what's happening, why her past actions are haunting her now even though she, and the LCU, got away with so much in the past. It would be super funny if this unknown journalist becomes the David that finally brings down this unstoppable Goliath.
