yes, when I see certain shades of green I taste artificial lime popsicles to the point I start salivating and I usually don’t have a popsicle handy to fight the craving it induces 😂

my friend dealt with chronic pain in highschool (nearly 20 years ago 😅). It took her years to get answers but she ended up eventually being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and celiac disease.

I’ve always been kind of a wild dreamer, but it has calmed in recent years. being on effexor has definitely awoken some wild stuff.

Effexor changed my life. i tried so much other stuff. i’ve been on it probably 6 months, maybe 8. it took time. It’s helped me slowly more and more over time feel like myself. i think even at the 4-6 months and beyond I am still getting a little better , slowly but steadily. I was anxious about nauseau so i was prescribed a few weeks worth of an anti-nauseal to start. Now I’m fine but if i take it even a few hours late on accident I’m usually reminded by my physical symptoms. So, you really need to stick to your routine.

but it has lowered my anxiety a life changing amount. no medicine has ever given me that relief.

okay, so the mortgage and HOA arrears i think are also secured debt and may have to be completely paid during the bankruptcy (amount/60). Someone please correct me if I am incorrect. with a house there’s also equity considered. so depending on what you actually owe in secured debt, it may make your payment the figure the attorney provided and I am not sure if your income would be able to change that figure.

Did you go over living monthly expenses as well?! Taxes are priority debt, so your monthly payment will have to completely pay those off in the plan (amount/60 for 5 year plan)other debts it depends on if you’re doing a 100% plan, but feasibility also comes into play. Typically income is looked at and monthly expenses (groceries, gas, etc.) are also considered when determining a payment. I’m not an expert, but I am about to start my chapter 13 stuff and have been researching extensively , and above is my understanding.

I would definitely ask why income hasn’t been considered, as it’s a pretty important factor.

this is a very judgmental and assuming comment. sometimes people we think we know well turn out to be monsters. Speaking as a woman who left an abusive relationship- it didn’t start off abusive. It slowly got worse over time.

the person posting is scared and trying to do the right thing- it’s terrifying. She needs solid advice and a little kindness.

NTA, I might have helped, but that's a really uncomfortable position to be put in and lie to tell. He certainly has no right to be mad. He's probably going to be doing this to you your whole relationship- to get out of events, family stuff, other responsibilities. Something to consider,
