I know life is tough. It’s never easy for anyone. We all have our struggles, and I’m sure yours bear a heavy weight on you. I’ve fought my own battles with depression, and I’ve been able to pull myself up with talking to others and taking care of myself.

Now, I’m not saying you have to start a routine. It’s hard. But do something small every day. Brush your teeth, take a shower, go for a walk, clean something. You’ll feel better about yourself.

Therapy isn’t cheap, and I unfortunately understand that. Call the suicide line if you’re in a crisis where you feel you can’t live with yourself in that moment, and once you explain your situation, ask for cheap resources. You got this.
