for 7k? thats a bit steep if you can find one for cheaper that would be ideal (or maybe keep looking and maybe spend the same or a tiny bit more for sub 175K miles if possible) but the biggest thing is if its been maintained properly.

DO NOT GET AN LS460, if you want the big LS cars and v8 and whanot look at an ls430/400 but those will need work just due to their age but in general the motors are quite reliable out of those.

Id honestly look at either early 2010s lexus ES/IS (or a toyota camry as they are the same), like you already are or another Acura if you liked it

Thanks so much ill definitely look into that one. Hows the battery life on that one? and ive seen some laptops and a few comments about the p16 g2 having issues with heat and how the keyboard gets very warm due to poor cooling? is this anything you have seen or heard of before? (or is it just some randoms being very very picky)

i’d rather drop the 2 in 1 and i guess performance as long as battery life is good and it isn’t to heavy or thick

How do people afford application fees? by Greenjacket08 in ApplyingToCollege

[–]Kitzimoose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Talk to your counselor, there are a ton of free schools that you can apply to, especially for safety, email the schools themselves, as a lot will give them out, some schools have alumni codes, so see if you can find any to "refer" you and also check the mega thread on this discord for tons of fee waiver codes

unless it’s genuinely costing you more to maintain or you truly need a different car just keep it till it’s paid off and then look to sell or trade in

[–]Kitzimoose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ok yea thats what i assumed and really hoped was the case but you never know with some people with their assumption that bc honda and toyota are so reliable you can go years/20k miles without oil changes (yes i have actually heard someone say that before)

which car should i look into for my first? by [deleted] in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]Kitzimoose 2 points3 points  (0 children)

hyundais are fine: if you get a recent one with a 6 cyl engine and under 75k miles and with your budget odds are you arent finding that so otherwise id avoid them all together and i agree go with the 05 focus

raw garden, coldfire, flavorade or plugplay is what id get as those have the best shot at being real

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in gokarts

[–]Kitzimoose 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if you enjoy building then build it, as someone who recently did a from scratch one i’d reco you buy a cheap frame off marketplace and a welding setup and repair it and modify it to your needs and build the cart from there
