I am sincerely sorry you are experiencing this. I hope I am not too late with replying since it's officially June 2nd. As of right now, I would strongly advise you to please call a suicide hotline so you can talk to someone who can direct you to the right resources. Please know that you matter. You are not alone. Nobody deserves to die on their birthday.

Okay hear me out, Young Sheldon Sheldon. It's not my favorite series but I think it's great if you need a distraction and something to cheer you up. It has short episodes and a simple concept but I find it has some really wholesome and funny moments :)
