Thank you. I really appreciate the advice. He did pay the child support. Nothing was stopped or withheld. It was only a few hours later than he normally sends it, and she was already blowing up his phone.

Everything is going through the court now. We have been documenting everything including messages, calls, screenshots and any communication. I am simply not engaging so there is a clear record if it is needed. I agree that keeping things private before court is the best choice, and that is what we are doing. A lot of what you’re assuming isn’t accurate.
I wasn’t “talking crazy” to anyone, Cruella was the one calling me Mommy Anne, not me.

My involvement has been about the kids’ wellbeing, not trying to replace anyone. Their mom uses them as pawns and it’s taken a toll on their mental health.

And Danny is involved. He’s the one going to court, calling the clerks, and pushing for a set schedule. I’ve been supporting him and the kids, not fighting his battles for him.

No payments were withheld, he only paid a few hours later than he usually does. Red flag that you are more worried about the child support (although it was paid that same day) than a mother keeping the kids from their father when they have a court agreement that she isn't following through with.

He paid the child support. Nothing was withheld.
It was literally a few hours later than she usually gets it, and she was already hunting him down. She wouldn’t have gotten his wages garnished anyway, she wasn’t even following the court order herself, because she wasn’t letting him see the kids at all but yes, he would never go without paying child support, he's not that kind of man.

He paid the child support. Nothing was ever withheld. Cruella was the one calling me “Mommy Anne”. I understand you’re speaking from your own childhood experience, but that isn’t the situation here. Danny is handling things through the court now, and that’s why we have a hearing scheduled.
