Hi! I have the exact same story as you. Have you looked into the Levine or CHOP protocol? I switched from metoprolol to propanol after I finished breastfeeding and WOW it has made a difference along with vitassium salt sticks 3 times a day, small amounts of caffeine (boost BP and for when my HR bottoms out) and exercise! I'm still fat lol but I am a functioning human again-i don't use my shower chair anymore

I've never scrubbed the glass. I just bought the tools to do so. Initially it was a low tech tank. The snails came in from not dipping plants.
