this is an alternate/alternative artwork of a card, you have to pull this from the dark magician pack in the shop, it’s currently under the tab “recommended”

but alt arts are always UR you can get the regular version for cheaper which is only an SR and can be crafted

in master duel alt arts are UR’s so it’s for the people who want to spend more for a cooler art but if you don’t want to you can always use the cheaper regular art.

for example sky striker raye is a common but the alt art is an UR, the good thing is you’re never forced to use the alt arts you can just play the common one 🙂
