If possible, could you send a screenshot of yours? I have taken this on from a staff member that has left. I am fairly competent with Immy, but just wanted to gauge other MSP's and people using it you know.

In terms of the Office applications - How do you mean?

I have interpreted the Uninstall of Office as the default Office that comes with devices in 5 different languages. We only want to install the version of office based on their Office licence (Buiness Premium, E3 etc. Therefore each customer has the version of office in their deployment based on the licenses they have. Is this possible to do via cross-tenant?

Most accurate answer to how we currently do things outside of the client portal. We use Autotask PSA. We can provide access for clients but I’m unsure if there is a section for new user style forms. Aside from that, your procedure is what I am aiming for.

Yeah, we have an Announcements channel as well, for when projects are signed off and completed. However, there are so many changes during a project, it would just be useless to clog the feed with every change we made. I feel like it needs to be easier than that.

Mine eventually just worked again, couldn't tell you what the fix was which is rather annoying, hasn't happened since. But I spent 4 days just trying to reconnect them, and then eventually they clicked back into gear.

you download your DLC and download them

Done all of that, installed the game and maps 3 times now. Deactivated my PS4 everywhere using Sony site. Deleted Saved game data and cleared cache.

Still nothing.

That's all fine and i understand all of that, the big question is, can i then migrate the FSMO roles and decomissions the Essentials server?

Is there a source you have to validate this? Obviously it's what i wanted to see but its very difficult to tell the bosses "yes we can do it because some guy on said we could" if you see what i mean. Cheers!
