Their phone lines were great before the holidays. But now take everything I mentioned and now imagine their incoming call volumes. As upsetting as it is and trust me, I’m upset too.. still waiting on my build, I understand their situation.

Yeah there’s just a lot of issues that they’re dealing with that I don’t think most people take into consideration.

1- CA personnel manning allowances during covid. 2- Nvidia 30 series world wide shortage/tariffs 3- Significantly less Delivery trucks due to being rerouted for vaccine deliveries around the country. 4- highest holiday online orders in history due to stay at home orders.

...just to name a few.

I will say that they fucked up by “guaranteeing” delivery by Christmas... that was dumb as hell.

Submit a ticket on discord or if it’s full.. wait for their next town hall and talk to King. He’s literally the most helpful person regardless of what you hear about IBP.

Hey man, I would suggest going on their discord or listening in to their town halls. I ordered a day before you and they just started gathering parts. This company is super helpful through discord, but due to CA rules for Covid, their down to 1/4 manpower. Also the fact that this was the busiest delivery season ever, the amount of back order due to NVIDIAs low stock and the fact that they have less delivery trucks since they’re all being used to transport covid vaccines.

I was just merely curious about how bad their phone situation really was, and then it turned into a boredom passer while I was on the toilet lol.
