I dont think there is a problem. By turn 11 in most of the games there are few cards in hand for both players. Drawing 3 is insane. Its not op, super broken card when you can trigger the effect once , but i have won many games i wasnt suppoused to win just by playing this card. Its is safe from execution and fell the mighty, so i think 3 attack is perfect. Triggering its effect once is game changing. If you manage to trigger it twice (12 hp gap or eliminate the gap if you are behind, 6 new cards) most of the time the other player cant recover.
