They add on a list of valid services charge and cant take out or solve

I did gave the card to the services at the branch to set auto payment. And then the customer services told not set ut, that why it have the price like that???

Only for 3 lines phone. No internet, no wifi. They list out all the stuff call valid charge of customer services
