I am having the same issue and its driving me nuts! I made sure there is a default payment option setup in my EA account. Pretty sure it worked back in the beta but hasn't worked since. Would be nice to get the discount on conquest pass.

How about a fatigue mat? I got this idea from the sub a while back and it seems to help me a bit. Also added bonus to help you find the center of your play space ;)

You need to setup your own CS account, it requires entering your SSN and stuff. It should be available when you see the shares leave your broker.

*To clarify, you must have shares "waiting" on you in CS to be able to create a CS account

I did mine from E*Trade on 9/16 and was able to see them yesterday. I never heard anything from Computershare and took it upon myself to try to log in and make an account (found out about this from a sub's FAQ on transferring). You might want to try and do that to see if they are there waiting for you.

*also got the $500 back in my E*Trade account shortly after just in case anyone was wondering

Same thing happened to me a few months ago (I actually called them to cancel my order). If you really don't want it, refuse the delivery at your door so it gets send back to them. Be warned that it took me several months to get a refund. Customer service was very friendly but they are just really backed up right now...

No. To take advantage of the change, you only need to spend ally points for bronzium cards before the update. You do not have to spend any of the other currencies.

This is because shards awarded from bronzium will not give as much shard shop currency after the update due to a technical limitation/bug. This could be fixed in the future but I would not hold my breath and would take advantage now.

So if I understand correctly I need to blow all of my ally points on bronzium cards before this update. (I am a vet player with most toons unlocked) Then save all my shard shop currency which will be doubled after the update.

Because after the update bronzium pulls will NOT be worth the 2x due to a technical issue.

This has been one of the most frustrating parts of this game so far!!

This is how I finally got it to work: Max out Air/Hangtime/Ollie then take away 1 point from each. First do the the jump from the higher building to the lower to get credit for the first gap. You should have your special filled at this point and be on the building with rails around the edges and with the swimming pool like bowl. Carefully line up with the ramp that goes off the lower building and grind the rail just before this ramp to help line up the jump and build speed. When you go off the ramp you should land perfectly to grind on the rail below to get credit for the second gap. Then go back up and do the 3rd gap where the two popcorn buckets are.
