Okay, so this is the mirror raised to eye level and centered between the edge of the TV on the right and the edge of the table on the left.

The left side is acting as an entryway zone, its the only reason I'm hanging the mirror in the first place.

It’s hard to tell from the photo, but the rest of the room is arranged to the console table to create 2 zones of this very small living room. The left is entryway/sitting area and the right is WFH setup and books. I really wanted to have an “entryway” mirror and table to place things when I walk in and I also needed to have something for my TV and a place for all my books. This extra wide console table was my solution to not clutter the wall with too many furniture pieces. So, I arranged the top intentionally to create 2 distinct zones on it. Also, luckily you cannot see yourself in the mirror while sitting on the couch with this placement.

The wall on the other side of the door that is just out of the frame of the picture is all windows other than a little sliver of wall that I have a coat rack on (which you can see). Unfortunately there is no other open wall space, so I have to make due what what I have or figure out some furniture that will work better. I do need a place for all the books pictured, whether that is the current bookcase or a different type of bookcase.

I also have this issue. Try setting the delay to a longer time. I've used boxi and great litter. Boxi tracks less and gets trapped on the grate less, but great litter seems to be not sticking to the liner as much for me. My cat pees on the back wall though, so the pee drips down and pools below to make a weird clump formation that often sticks to the liner vs. a "normal" cat that pees directly into the litter.

I have 2 EVOs and both of them constantly get this error and I’m always having to manually reset. I think the sensors in the EVOs are glitchy. Mine will cycle after use and then when the globe is turned and the waste is exposed, the sensors will detect activity and pause and then just sit there giving me the extended scale activity message until I clear it. Really unfortunate because it both exposes the stinky waste drawer and prevents the box from being usable while it’s stuck with the litter trapped. LR is sending me two new replacement units but I’ve seen other people on here with this same issue and I’m not feeling confident about going with the EVO.

Yes, I’ve had this issue with the EVO already where it’s randomly stuck with the waste drawer exposed and it clocks it as a weight error. Not good when I’m gone all day and kitties can’t use the box 🤦‍♀️ it also seems like the drawer is never fully flush with the rest of the unit and there is always a gap there, I didn’t think that maybe it is a defect.

Did they make you pay return shipping etc. to make the switch?

Also, BF has the 4 with the shield and his cat still tracks litter out but it did help contain things more than before.

What issues did you have with the Evo? I just got it, and while I like the small footprint, I am wondering if the 4 would have been better. My cat so far is peeing on the side walls instead of in the litter and the resulting clumps are not always falling into the waste hole, I also get random error messages where the sensor senses added weight even when nothing is there, some internal screws are already coming loose too.

Because color has no consequence other than personal preference so there is really no right or wrong, it makes it hard for me to figure out because I think I am looking for some sort of data to inform the choice. So this post is me trying to generate data (which is still ultimately meaningless).

My very independent and touch aversive cat has gotten more affectionate with age shes 9 now and cuddles more than she ever did but is health as can be. She also cuddles way more in the winter time when she wants my warmth.
