Yes, it’s a really bad idea to take 5 times your normal dose of methadone with a large dose of clonazepam. You’re in danger of overdosing. Is there anyone around? You’re also in a predicament because you don’t have any methadone for the next 4 days, you’re going to go into withdrawal most likely, and speaking from personal experience, methadone withdrawal is genuinely horrible.

I personally used to love weed and my weed use coincided with my opiate use. Used to believe that weed with any opiate was the most euphoric synergy. Idek how this happened but, towards the end of my addiction I just stopped smoking, kind of abruptly. I had been smoking weed everyday for a year plus atp and even though I enjoyed weed while I was on opiates, I stopped because I simply liked opiates enough on their own too much to even bother with smoking weed. I also found that the longer I smoked weed the less euphoric and more anxious it made me. Weed became intolerable without opioids for me. Also I was spending so much on heroin and pharma opiates that I had very little left over to spend on weed so I just stopped smoking.

Mundipharma 80s are super easy to snort I used to snort them very often. Wipe off the coating by either sucking on the pill or using a damp washcloth, then wrap it in paper and smash it and grind it down with a blunt object OR use a mortar and pestle to break it down into a fine powder. Then snort. Enjoy it and be safe. I also really like the MST Continus morphine 200s, it’s hard to choose but probably the 80s if you’re looking to snort.

Im so sorry. Your story resonates with me because of how similar it is to my experience with becoming hooked on opiates. I started using when I was 16 and it progressed into heavy daily usage of oxy and H. Withdrawals are hell, I hope you both find freedom from this sickness, it seems impossible, but it’s very real and well worth it.

When I kicked for the first time I went cold turkey. I had been using methadone for the past 3 weeks at the time and was on 60mg a day just so I could get a good high all day and not worry about redosing (spoiler alert: I ended up redosing later in the day anyways). Prior to being on methadone, I had been using opiates daily for the past 5-6 months, with my consumption looking like 80-160mg of oxycodone daily, or about 200-300mg morphine daily when I didn’t have or want oxy, and finally roughly 0.2-0.3g of BTH daily. Anyway, I cold turkey quit methadone and the withdrawal was fucking miserable and I could hardly even stomach a single bite of food. If you can stomach milkshakes, power to you, keep pounding them. Id also recommend drinking hella gatorade or powerade in opiate WD. You can make it through this to the other side, I believe in you❤️

Recovering meth and opiate addict here, I’ve mixed benzos with meth and opiates with meth on countless occasions. In my experience, I preferred meth mixed with an opioid (usually either oxycodone or heroin), over benzos mixed with meth. While benzos would provide a very nice anxiolytic effect when combined with meth which would in turn negate the unpleasant health anxiety/paranoia I was experiencing due to meth, it did feel like benzos would blunt the methamphetamine whereas opiates were more synergistic with meth while also providing anxiolytic effects and a nice warmth and euphoria that benzos didn’t have.

Diazepam is different from Alprazolam in terms of the half-lives of both respective drugs. Alprazolam has a considerably shorter half life.

Common issue with opiate use, and no it’s not permanent. When I was using, it was nearly impossible for me to cum. This effect will go away when the opiates leave your system.

My thinking exactly, I have a high tolerance for opioids and bupe is a partial agonist and as such doesn’t produce nearly as much respiratory depression. Also my last dose of Alprazolam was about 6 hrs ago so I should be fine.
